Sharing & roles
Invite collaborators and control what they can do.
Vellum documents can be shared so a team works on the same drawing together.
- 1Open the share menu
Click Share in the toolbar.
- 2Invite
Generate an invite link. Opening it brings the recipient straight into the document.
- 3Set roles
Choose what each collaborator can do, from viewing to full editing.
