Defaults
Set the style new entities are created with.
Defaults define the stroke, fill, and text style applied to the next entity you draw.
Adjust defaults in the Defaults section of the Properties panel (visible with nothing selected). New entities inherit these values; you can still override any individual entity afterward.
Tip
Setting sensible defaults — like a standard stroke width and color — speeds up repetitive markup.
