Library

Save anything you've drawn and stamp it back onto any drawing.

Select anything you've drawn, save it to your Library, and place it again on any sheet of any project. Your Library is personal and follows you across every project.

Saving a markup

  1. 1
    Select

Select one markup or several — a detail bubble with its leader, a north arrow, a standard note block.

  2. 2
    Open the Library

Click Library on the left rail and choose Save selection.

  3. 3
    Name it

Give the item a name you'll recognise; you can rename or delete it later from its tile.

Placing a saved item

  • Click a tile to place it in the middle of the view.
  • Drag a tile onto the drawing to put it exactly where you want; a true-to-scale preview follows the pointer.
  • Right-click a tile for Place on this page and Place on multiple pages.

Placing across a range of pages

Place on multiple pages asks for a from and to page. Drag the preview onto the drawing to set the spot: the item lands at the same place on every selected page — a stamp, a revision triangle or a general note across a whole discipline in one go.

Note

Placed items are ordinary markups: move, restyle or delete them like anything else. Use the search box at the top of the pane to filter a large Library.
